At ZFiveM, we specialize in providing digital products such as FiveM scripts, MLOs, vehicles, and complete server setups. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
🔹 1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the non-returnable nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Once a product has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
This policy helps protect our intellectual property and prevent unauthorized redistribution of our products.
🔹 2. Exceptions (Eligibility for Refund)
Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:
- You purchased a product more than once accidentally (duplicate orders)
- The item you received is completely non-functional and our support team is unable to resolve it
- You contacted us within 3 days of purchase and have not yet downloaded the product
Each case will be reviewed manually. To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order ID
- Proof of issue (screenshots, error logs, etc.)
We do not guarantee refunds, but we do promise fairness and fast responses.
🔹 3. File Not Working?
Before requesting a refund, please contact our support team via Discord or email. Most issues are related to server configurations or installation steps and can be resolved quickly.
🔹 4. Unauthorized Purchases
If someone else used your payment method without your consent, please contact your payment provider directly. We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made on your behalf.
🔹 5. File Protection Notice
Attempting to reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any ZFiveM product will void any potential refund and may lead to a permanent ban from our platform.
